Yvadney is from the Evadne, hence the artist's fascination with Greek mythology. 'Muse, Weave' is a twist on the Greek muses, rather then literature or the arts, this muse is black hair. It is a petite exploration of the relationship between black women and their hair and the influence of eurocentric beauty ideals on their style choices. 

All originals are purchased on the agreement that Yvadney Davis Art will be able to loan the pieces for exhibition activity. All costs for transportation will be at Yvadney Davis Art's expense.
